SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Knock Knock sends text messages (SMS) to support your account and the services you use on our platform — live sessions, bookings, and messaging. By providing your mobile number and using Knock Knock, you agree to receive the transactional and service messages described below. This is not a separate paid subscription; it is part of using the service.

Types of messages you may receive

• Verification / one-time passcodes (OTP) — codes to sign in, verify your phone number, and secure your account.
• Account & session notifications — for example, booking confirmations, a creator coming online or a session ready to join, payment and payout notices, and support responses.
• Support — replies to your help requests.

Marketing messages are separate

We only send promotional or marketing texts if you give separate express opt-in consent, and you can opt out of those at any time. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, how often you sign in, book, or join sessions).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. Knock Knock does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive a confirmation and then no further messages of that type. Note that opting out of account or verification messages may affect your ability to sign in or use certain features.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@getknockknock.live.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed; Knock Knock and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers.

Privacy

Your mobile number and messaging data are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. Your number is shared only with our messaging provider to deliver these messages.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
